Non-Insurance Purchases

All sales are final on non-insurance purchases. However, we understand that preferences can change, so we offer a one-time restyle (frame or lens change) within 30 days of purchase, subject to a $50 restocking fee.

If you experience any prescription-related issues, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your eyewear for a thorough evaluation. Concerns reported after this period will not be eligible for review or correction under your purchase terms.

Please note: Any customizations or upgrades (such as lens coatings, specialty lenses, or premium frames) not included in the original purchase will incur additional charges.

Insurance Purchases

All sales made through insurance are final. Due to insurance company policies, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or restyles once the order has been processed.

Prescription-related issues must be reported within 30 days of receiving your eyewear for evaluation. Issues reported after 30 days will not be eligible for review or correction under your insurance benefits.

Upgrades or add-ons not covered by insurance will be charged separately at the time of purchase.

Maui Jim Purchases

Please note: Maui Jim eyewear is excluded from these policies. As required by the manufacturer, all sales are final.

Patient’s Own Frame

While we take the utmost care in handling your frames, occasionally breakage may occur during adjustments or in the lens manufacturing process. Valley Forge Eye Care cannot be held responsible for any damage, breakage, or loss that occurs when working with a patient’s own frame, including those previously purchased from us. This applies even if the frame was originally purchased here, as warranties may have expired.
